In spite of having been a member of this great organization for 22 years, I am still awed by the capability of the Toastmaster programs to empower people like you and me to become more effective communicators and leaders.

As we progress through the program, we each receive the gift of supportive evaluation that helps us recognize our weak spots, correct our flaws, and fortify our strengths. By helping each other in this way, we help ourselves, our community, and ultimately our world.

To continue this vital service, we need dedicated and skilled people who can drive the growth and development of the organization and our programs. To accomplish this I believe we need to create a Quality Member Experience in every club around the world, regardless of language or social-political culture. This will require constant vigilance to ensure that the needs of the individual member continue to be met.

To that end, we need to focus on attracting more skilled leaders to the District Executive Committees by making these positions more desirable and doable.

With my background as a business owner and trainer who has worked with people from a variety of cultures in 34 countries around the world, I have the experience, skills and talents required to contribute to that growth.
